Owned technical direction of Oracle's internal Customer Data Platform, the master data backbone for 100M+ records across global Sales & Finance. Architected a self-service Data Maintenance Tool (internal web app with RBAC), led the Cerner 100K+ account migration, and designed a REST API abstraction layer over the database so downstream teams could migrate DB tenancies without any consumer code changes. Resolved recurring production merge failures unblocking ~2,000 stalled records.

Generic database-native infrastructure for async AI agent invocation with token caching, isolated transactions, job-status scheduling, and full audit trails. Built as a pluggable framework rather than a one-off integration; any new AI agent onboards with zero infrastructure changes. Currently powers an automated regulatory compliance classification workflow.

Cross-Org Data API Service

REST API layer over Oracle's customer database, consumed by 3+ downstream Sales Planning teams as part of a platform migration. Chose a DB-backed REST service over a standalone microservice to avoid a synchronisation gap and keep the consumer contract stable across database tenancy migrations.

DB Tenancy Boundary API Abstraction

CRM operations moved to a separate Autonomous DB tenancy, breaking the direct-table-write pattern. Built a REST API abstraction layer over the staging table so downstream teams could interact via stable API contracts without knowledge of the underlying DB topology. Pattern was later reused for future tenancy boundary crossings.

Cerner Enterprise Data Migration

Largest data engineering project for the team: three-stage validation pipeline (source profiling → staging validation → post-load reconciliation), schema transformation to Oracle's master customer entity model, bulk creation of 100K+ accounts via batch import and REST. Post-migration audit confirmed fidelity within tolerance. Zero rollback.
