Owned technical direction of Oracle's internal CDM platform maintaining master data for 100M+ records across global Sales & Finance. Architected the self-service Data Maintenance Tool, led the Cerner 100K+ account migration, and designed the OALBO tenancy API abstraction for CRM tenancy crossings. Resolved recurring production merge failures (HTTP 500) by filtering CDC DML_CODE, unblocking ~2,000 stalled records.
Co-founded an organic products startup and owned the full technology function from day zero. Built a Python web-scraping pipeline feeding a Google Data Studio pricing dashboard, an internal Apps Script CRM for 500+ customers, and led delivery of the D2C e-commerce platform with payment gateway integration.
Configured and implemented Oracle Incentive Compensation on Oracle EBS for newly onboarded enterprise customers. Wrote PL/SQL stored procedures and packages; tuned complex compensation SQL against millions of transaction records using explain plans and index strategies.

Cross-org data service consumed by 3+ downstream Sales Planning teams migrating from SPM to OSM. Chose PL/SQL-backed ORDS over a standalone microservice to avoid a synchronisation gap and keep the consumer contract stable across DB tenancy migrations.
CRM operations moved to a separate Autonomous DB tenancy, breaking the direct-table-write pattern. Built an ORDS read/write API over the CDM staging table so the Territory team could interact via REST without knowledge of the underlying DB topology. Pattern reused for future tenancy boundary crossings.
Largest data engineering project for the CDM team: three-stage validation pipeline (source profiling → staging validation → post-load reconciliation), schema transformation to HZ_PARTIES, bulk creation of 100K+ accounts via FBDI and REST. Post-migration audit confirmed fidelity within tolerance — zero rollback.
